The staff are friendly and very helpful in answering all questions. The hotel is close to a shopping mall and the Almeda metro station, which is the nearest one. If you plan to travel to Espanya (Barcelona), it takes about 30 minutes. If you’re familiar with the travel zones in Barcelona, this area is still in Zone 1. Restaurants are scattered around, but most can be found at the mall. Please note that there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. You can buy water from the bar.

Stayed one night. Room and hotel clean and inviting. Bat prices were good. Very convenient for airport etc. What got me was the staff were so miserable and disconnected. I appreciate they probably get basic pay but in hospitality a smile and engagement does count.

Great hotel and well priced.

We find the IBIS to be idea when visiting Barcelona that over the years has become our base to travel around Europe. The Ibis is situated in an ideal position to Barcelona, the cruise port and airport. The breakfast is reasonable and the staff are always helpful and respectful at all times. Nothing is to much trouble if they can assist you.

The hotel was very nice. It’s away from the city center but taxis are available, walking distance to the soccer stadium and mall that also has several options to eat. Breakfast at hotel was excellent with gluten free options upon request. Taxi to port of Barcelona about 22 euros plus port entrance fee. Staff is great!

Hard to get into the hotel. Non existing friendly reception and quickly were informed that breakfast was not included. Being placed on the 3rd floor without a working elevator was not the best news. Service could be improved.
