The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. Also, the hotel makes it look like they have a jacuzzi, but in reality they don’t. We also ordered room service, which was fairly average. For the price, the steak wasn’t good enough. We ordered roast vegetables but received boiled ones instead, and surprisingly the food was delivered without basic sides like salt or sauces. Overall, I’d rate the food about 6/10.
