Was a nice, comfortable overnight stay on our drive north. We stayed in the family room, and had 1 double and 2 single beds.
The room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, this made me feel very comfortable with my two little kids sitting and playing on the floor and beds.
We left our sons favourite toy behind and a call to Marco has assured us that it was found and waiting for us to collect when we drive through next week. Thank you!
Will stay again when we need to have an overnight stopover.
Driving into Ballina for the first time ever we were not sure what to expect from the map location. However this town is very picturesque and even though we were only there for a short time there was plenty to see and do. We enjoyed the beaches, the lighthouse, the quiet river inlet where people swam and fished from the edge as well as the main shopping precinct , the Big Prawn and the vehicular ferry.
We went to the speedway in Lismore, The motel Was handy, and central to our travel. We left the next morning for the Gold Coast.
We paid the same price on GC for 2 bedroom villa with full kitchen sleep 6 people. But we did get one night for free.
