The room was not clean stains all over the carpet.the mirror looked like it was going to fall off the wall it was shattered and missing pieces also the headboard was broken and warn they put us in room because I have a service animal and there rooms that are for us

I ask for a non smoking room and got a room that smelled like smoke. I ask for a different room and they said no room took the key away and said I'm not staying there and still charged me for the room I fidnt stay in. I had to find a different hotel that night

Horrible!

It was a disaster! Never stay at this hotel! The photos are completely misleading. The room was filthy, everything smelled like smoke, and the sheets and blankets had cigarette burns. The bathroom door didn’t close, the lights didn’t work, and the smell was awful. It felt more like a shelter for questionable individuals than a hotel. They even tried to charge extra for our 2-year-old child! If we hadn’t arrived so late, we would’ve left immediately. This was the worst night in a hotel I’ve ever had in my life! The reviews are clearly fake — you can easily find much better places for the same price. Stay far away from this place! There were cockroaches!!! Breakfast? A joke: dry cereal, one jar of jam and one jar of jelly — for everyone. That’s it.
