Arrived at the property around 11am door was locked, front desk girl went to unlock it but she didn't open to door for us. And she didn't smile. Looked annoyed by our presence. The room given had a smell, possibly smoking or pet odor. On the morning we were supposed to check out, housekeeping opened the door to wake us up. Don't they have a list or a way to know whether the rooms are occupied or if guests checked out? Also had no idea the property was pet accepted. My mistake of choosing the hotel or not paying attention as we had an extremely noisy neighbor who arrived at 6am and proceeded to non stop bark the whole time

This property was dirty. Our room smelled like urine, a pubic hair on the comforter, the bed skirt was dirty. We aren’t from the area so we didn’t know what to expect. Lots of homeless and prostitutes walking around. Just a few miles away was fine.

Not the best.

The view was not good from 113. Other rooms have a nice view of the pool. The pet area was just 2 palm trees and a 6x6ft patch of dirt. There was a lot of noise at 5am and this room is right across from the electrical room, which has a conatant high-pitched noise Neither lamp USB charger worked. The room however, was clean and comfy.

The hotel has a policy that they lock the lobby but the exit for my room was through the lobby. I had to leave before it opened and was told I had to wait or go out the back and around. I was with my family and had 6 bags. They staff wasn’t nice and rude. Refused to understand my situation.

A good overnight stay that included a light and quick breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean, excellent water temperature and pressure. Surrounding area could be better but for a quick stay it worked.
