Both check-in and check-out was poor at Radisson Blu. One member of the reception staff was too busy reading messages on his mobile rather than engaging with the customer. Thankfully, much better service was provided by the staff in the restaurant.

This really is super convenient and a great option for an early Stansted flight, far quieter than I ecpected too. Will certainly stay here again.The pool, steam room, znd sauna were a great bonus and a good way to start a holiday.

The ground floor of the hotel Is pleasant to sit in and the breakfast was OK although the plates were cold for putting hot food on The room, however, was not clean and was poorly located near the hotel kitchens leading to a strong smell of cooking oil and loud noise from extractor fans, as the night wore on, making it very difficult to sleep. The staff also just laughed, at check out, when the above issues were given in answer to the question have you enjoyed your stay. Won’t be staying again.
