Scenic, spacious (1300 square feet) 2BD, 2.5 BA beach condo centrally located in beautiful downtown Avalon.

An easy flat 10 min walk from the ferry terminal & 3 blocks to the beach. Bars, restaurants, and many local attractions all within a short walking distance. The neighborhood is charming and quiet and full of character.

This condo can sleep up to 5, (more if you don’t mind a large cozy couch!) and includes a two balconies, mountian views and a washer/dryer.
