Would never stay here again. The pics online didn’t look bad but when we got there we were so disappointed. The hotel smells like old carpet or mildew. You can’t even take your breakfast to eat in your room? Check-in was a long line and even if you get there a few minutes before your check in time they will not check you in till exactly at 3. Book somewhere else, this place sucked.

We had trouble with the TV in the room and called front desk. The manager came in like 5 minutes from the call and fixed it!! I was grateful that the response was really quick. Great customer service.

The staff charged a security deposit of 100. 00 upon our check in that was not discussed. The clerk ran my card and said that the charge would be reversed if the room was not damaged upon leaving. I did not give this young man permission to run my card and he did not evan tell me before it was charged. He asked me to see the card i used for the online reservation and i handed it to him at this time i received an alert on my phone of a purchase made instantly. I asked him about it and he said it was required. Not ok. Extremely upochecking in.

Amazing property and friendly staff

I went with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff at checkin. Breakfast was also good. I was really happy that the bathroom was super clean, good showerhead . There was no smell whatsoever in the room nor in the whole property. Which was amazing to my sensitivity. Overall very happy with everything.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. Due to construction on the highway, it was difficult to find the entrance. Late at night they stayed in the phone with us to help. Considering it was a very busy highway we expected road noise but there was none. It was quiet, comfortable & convenient. The free breakfast waffles were excellent.
