A night at Micro

We've stayed here several times in preparation for an early flight and have never been disappointed. The rooms are large & airy, clean, and well-equipped. My favorite feature, since we are avid readers, is the overhead light fixture over the bed which provides enough lighting. That's a rare commodity in hotels these days. Thanks.

Microtel was MARVELOUS

My wife and I stayed at our very first Microtel and it was by the Austin Bergstrom Airport. Our room and the facilities were very clean and modern. My wife is extremely particular and has a super sense of smell and this place passed with flying colors. We will use this Microtel for all overnight stays by the airport when needed. Great facility and a safe environment.

Its quiet and very close to airport. The only thing is that they charge you for shuttle to airport. They should consider that the airport is only 5 minutes away.

Nice room bad experience

Room was clean. Nice decor however the first morning went to have breakfast…. Nope not happening. A water pipe broke. They had plumbers when we left to go do our activities however when we came back in the evening still no water. They told me I should look for somewhere else. Umm you could have called me during the day not tell me at 8pm.

Great stay

It was great! I had lost my wallet at heb and the CSR was very nice about it and accepted my legal temporary Texas DPS license. It was freezing last night so it was a Godsend. Because extended stay would not accept a document that the state of Texas says is a legal document. So thank you guys at Microtel Austin.
