The location is perfect for wanting to be close to all of the downtown action, bars, restaurants, etc. the apartment is very nice and well equipped for any length of stay with the full kitchen and laundry. The whole reservation, check-in and check-out process is really easy. Overall, it’s the best value and experience I’ve found when compared to other options.

Highly recommended rental. Incredible location across from ACL Live in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to the convention center and dozens of restaurants. Property management company communication was excellent and I hope to stay here again in the future.

This is always a great stay in Austin - my 5th time at Kasa downtown. Condo is super well located - bed is very comfortable, and having full kitchen amenities with groceries within walking distance makes this a really great choice.

Great location in downtown Austin. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice bed. Enjoyed the balcony. Walkable to many great dining and drinking options, as well as the walking paths along the river (and kayaking). Enjoyed the pool area. The cost was comparable to many nearby typical hotels but you get a large kitchen and living room with a balcony. In my opinion, it would be crazy to pick a typical downtown brand hotel over Kasa when visiting Austin. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no staff on site, and you can't park until you check into the room. Do not show up even ten minutes early or you're going to have to wait the call center staff has no power to let you in if you get there even slightly early.
