My bf and I stayed here for one night during the week (Tues-Wed). The standard room we had was new, therefore, clean. We appreciated the comfortable bed, soft towels, and well-stocked room (2 complimentary water bottles, kcups of tea and coffee, with splenda/raw sugar, & non dairy creamer, soaps, etc.). We also enjoyed the burger/fries, and cocktails at the bar. Great customer service from all staff - everyone was helpful, welcoming and personable. Good, central location right off major highways - kills the views but we didn't mind. Considering the location, it was surprisingly calm and quiet inside. This will be our go-to hotel choice in Austin.

Facility was clean, new. Staff was friendly, but did not follow through on requests for additional towels and tissues. We ask the front desk to send those in the morning as we left for the day, returned later at night and those items were not there. Also the room phone was dead, as in no tone.

Room was very nice and clean and well designed. Plenty of storage space and well organized. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice. Good water pressure. It’s not in our usual location, but will stay here again when we’re in Austin again. Staff was courteous. Check in was quick and simple.

The location and rate were fine. The room lighting is very poor though. The angle of the lights are not adjustable and the color is harsh. Light was always in my eyes. The toilet also had trouble flushing. I notified the staff and someone might have tried to fix it but it did not work very well. Luckily we did not need to spend a lot of time in the room.
