To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement, which governs the terms of their stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
NOTE: Max cars allowed total is 2, and they must both fit the driveway/ 2 car parking garage.

Additionally, for your safety this home is monitored by multiple EXTERIOR-facing cameras only. One is an exterior camera in the front and the another is an exterior camera in the backyard.

Calm and quiet!

-Since everything is so close UBER and LYFT are really cheap!
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 cleaning and deodorization fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found. No problem with smoking outdoors the home!

No Parties or Excessive Noise: Out of respect for our neighbors, any parties, loud gatherings, or noise complaints may result in immediate removal without refund and a $500 fine.


Shoes Off Policy: Please remove your shoes upon entering. It helps us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the home for all guests.

Registered Guests Only: The reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests. Any unregistered guest will result in a $100 per person, per night charge.

Towels & Linens: Please use the makeup towels provided for makeup removal. Damaged or stained linens will incur a replacement charge.

Inventory: We keep the home stocked with essentials. Any missing or damaged items will be charged at retail replacement cost.

Long-Term Stays: For stays over 30 days, we provide starter supplies (paper towels, hand soap, salt, pepper, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing as needed.
