Didn't even get in the building, there were people in the building, didn't get to Austin until Sunday, the 12th night, didn't have a code to get in, searched in the dark for the unit, had to get grandkids an hour away at 9:30 PM, finally received the code got back with grandkids about midnight and searched units again in the dark and people were in it, called expedia (outsourced) had no clue how to handle this said I was late for reservation so I gave up my right to stay and left me with no place to stay thousands of miles away from home with my grandkids totally in the dark to defend for myself, went to a hospital parking lot to search for emergency stay at a hotel, found the LOFT and the attendant was wonderful, she only had 1 room for 2 nights but it was just too small but took it so I could find a place to stay for 4 more night....Thank God for her, no telling what could have happened.... Awful and despicable to awful.....you have horrible customer service because they are overseas and have no concern about anyones safety here, just a job to them.
