The property is new and in perfect condition, large areas to spend time in and the rooms are well appointed. Great design overall and good decor. The hotel is in between the freeway and the Rainey Historical area so there is alot of noise and also construction.

Very nice, modern, centrally located hotel. Staff was great, beds super comfy. There is a lot of new construction happening downtown but it didnt interfere with our stay.
