We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast as we slept in but the hotel was very nice, clean, friendly staff. The restaurants and bars were right behind the hotel and the parking was also cheaper with valet then going into another parking lot. Would love to stay here again!

No breakfast was offered. The carpet in the room was filthy. Stayed 5 nights. 3 day clean up consisted of hanging up new towels and refreshing bathroom. No vaccuming, no cleaning. Fire and being outside in the middle of the night for two hours was not pleasant or conducive to rest.

The hotel was in an up and coming neighborhood with plenty of food, drink and party options on Rainey Street. The only downside to the area is there's lots of active construction and equipment noise once you wander nearby. The hotel itself was good. Friendly staff, nice room, nice pool.

The room was clean with small wear and tear (like the lining in the shower). The area is pretty streamlined since it's next to the freeway. There is a bit of highway construction but that really wasn't a huge problem. Overall it was a good stay but if you care about these things they are something to keep on mind.

Not a place to take pets for a "pet-friendly" hotel; area isn't walkable around hotel. It faces the interstate, and behind is an alley with restaurant dumpsters. Valets try to keep your keys which makes multiple trips/unloading/loading or if you forget something an extra chore. Website listed self-parking with fees as an option -- but that was misrepresented and the hotel said the hotel website amenities shouldn't list self-parking as an amenity. Valet is your only option there unless you park streets or blocks over.

Relatively new facility, but otherwise nothing special to write home about. Roommate was close to 4x usual rate because of F1 race that weekend ($500+ per night). Le location is just so-so. Adjacent to the Interstate and there's a construction site across the street. Property does not accept cash! You can tip the valet with an app., but there's a $0.79 fee to leave a tip. Maybe it's just the area, but the folks (including staff) were not particularly friendly. "Good morning" and "hello" were often met with an odd look or even silence. Valet staff was cool!
