The entire hotel had an unpleasant odor, there was leftover coffee in the coffee pot that we did not make, one set of sheets were stained, there was not any extra toilet paper, the tissue box was empty, and the keys stopped working.

No cream for coffee condition of room, dirty counters and floors, sink in bath very very low water pressure stopped up sink in bath, heat wouldn’t come on had to get assistance. Very unsatisfied with my stay. Checked out early due to snow storm and hotel would not refund my money.

My rug was soaked the tv hardly works things falling off the wall it hit my foot and they would not do anything even called the customer service and they said they couldn't help and they said I would get my security deposit at check out and it's been over an hour plus they said they would reimburse my room payment

This was not a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. The place is old, noisy and it felt uncomfortable I realized this as I was walking the long hallway on the 3rd floor ..and this Wa supposed to be the safer floor …!!!!
