Bed was very uncomfortable and room was very small. The free breakfast is ok but nothing special. Can’t beat free right! Only parking is valet parking for 55 bucks a night. Only great thing was the location which was right across from the aquarium.

The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Parking was a different situation. At first, I was told my car would be parked offsite in a garage which was unacceptable to me. However, when I got to the hotel, they were able to valet my car in the very small attached garage. Sam, the garage/parking manager was very understanding. A five star if not for the parking debacle.

Room was very nice and clean but you could hear every noise outside and inside. We also arrived well after check in time and still had to sit around and wait while they got a room ready for us which was a bit annoying after our long journey.

Staff. Young ladies working desk were absolutely amazing. Very attentive, and focused on providing a great customer experience. I will be back to this hotel because of them. We usually stay at CNN center but that will now change. Mya was the best and is a true asset to the company

The hotel and staff was amazing. Clean, friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. The water pressure was low in the shower but doable, my biggest issue was not with the hotel but with the area. Didn’t love downtown Atlanta but that’s not something the hotel can do anything about. The security staff was on top of keeping non guests out of the property so that was very nice.

Our room has bottle beer from previous guests. The elevator broke down several times making my handicapped grandmother had to wait for a while to get back to her room. The room service did not replenish toilet paper and towels. We definitely won't be back.

This is our second time staying at this location. The breakfast was amazing, staff was super nice and welcoming, the scan the QR code feature to get the car was fun. There's a few things I would improve. Towels are crunchy and need update, the room my family stayed in had humidity on the wall where the shower splashes, A/C needed a restart that staff member came fast to help with. My son slept on the pullout couch/bed. It was hard to sleep on. Very uncomfortable. The distance to everything in downtown is perfect! I recommend this stay.
