The hotel is in need of serious updating. All bar chairs at counter have holes from wear. Walking towards elevator the floor slipped. Sloppy patch work to drywall in room. Bathroom tiles had black lines of mold. The most agregious thing was front desk staff need to be trained. We were told breakfast ended at 9:30 am on Friday. I arrived at 9:10 am and hotel was cleaning up breakfast. I am as then told breakfast ended at 9:00 am. I was not offered anything to eat until I told the front desk person I was calling corporate and then offered food but was never given anything to eat. Instead of arguing about food we went to get me something to eat as I am a diabetic. Save your stress level. Stay somewhere else.

This was the dirtiest and most poorly maintained hotel I have ever stayed in. My first room had hair on the pillow, hair on the toilet, urine left in the toilet and a dirty remote that clearly had not been cleaned. I tried to stay patient and give the hotel a chance to correct the situation without making a big deal about it. I asked for a different room and moved everything by myself while traveling alone. The second room was even worse. The door lock did not work, the room had crumbs on the floor and hair in the tub and it was located directly next to a staircase which made the broken lock even more unsafe. When I stepped into the hallway I saw actual feces on the floor. I even notified the hotel staff so they could clean it quickly before another guest walked into it. The fact that it was still there when I checked the lock again showed that this property is not being cleaned or maintained at even the most basic level. The most disappointing part was the response from management. Even after being shown clear photo evidence of the feces, the broken lock and the poor room conditions the general manager refused to approve a refund. I checked out early because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying here. The refusal to provide a refund after everything that occurred shows a complete lack of respect for guest safety, cleanliness, and basic accountability. This hotel is unsanitary, unsafe and completely mismanaged. I strongly recommend choosing another place to stay!!!

The food and hotel were good overall, but the room layout was poorly planned. The bathroom was extremely narrow and tight, barely comfortable even for one person. Although the living area was spacious, the beds were placed in a cramped corner, making it difficult to access one side of each bed.
