I had to change rooms the first room was not cleaned dirty towels all over snd garbage cans full and I checked in late .They never changed towels

Run down and dingy looking. The service was poor. I checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday my room never got cleaned so I had to ask for towels. I got overcharged and when I tried to straighten it with the front desk staff they were very rude and uncooperative. I stay at Holiday Inn a lot when I travel this is absolutely the worse one I’ve been to. Will never stay again and will re think others in the future
