The sink linked, large stain in the ceiling, and the water was extremely hot!!! It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room not in a common area. This was an inconvenience since you must wait for others to us it.

Unfortunately, the room stank of marijuana. The check-in experience was fine, but some of the other Desk personnel really didn’t seem like they wanted to help with any of the questions or request that they are my family had. That part was disappointing.
