The hotel room was not fully cleaned when we arrived, the cleaning staff had left someone’s used wash rag in the shower area. There was a bug in our room as well at one point. The TV stopped working in the middle of the evening one night. All of the elevators were not up to code or inspected in the last few years. Beware that they will try to overcharge. We booked at one rate and they tried to change it on us at the last minute, I had to argue with the front desk to get the rate I booked the hotel at. Additionally, if your booking says “free parking”, that refers only to valet parking. They do not validate self parking and nowhere on the reservation did it say the free parking was valet. I honestly would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

FRANK IS TRASH, BUT THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS AND THE HOTEL AREN’T! Frank told me my booking was cancelled and that there was absolutely NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! VERY AGGRESSIVELY might I add. I checked my Expedia and it said nothing about a cancellation. I see Cherly and ask her to help me, she does & gives me 2 room options in less than 3 minutes. Cherly, Ramona, Daniel and my FAVE Nikita were AMAZING!!! They were VERY helpful, friendly, accommodating, and didn’t try to rush me away or make me feel like I didn’t belong there like Frank tried to. I don’t know what his problem is, but he was my very first impression and I was DISGUSTED!!! After I started talking to other staff members, I had a FABULOUS TIME though! I love the hotel, so much that I extended my stay an extra day. The only things that need improvement are FRANK of course, he has a NASTY ATTITUDE, but also there was no mini fridge in my room and my phone worked better WITHOUT the hotel wifi, other than that, the bed was extremely comfortable, there were no bugs in sight, there’s a convenience store, a gas station, a train station, and The Varsity(if you like their food) very close by. When I booked with this hotel I thought breakfast was included also there was no ventilation in the bathroom for the shower no refrigerator no towels I had to get some from the custody the pool wasn’t open for my kid to swim but on the web it said that it was that’s one reason I choose to stay there My deposit still hasn’t posted to my account
