Booked this hotel for the rooftop pool. During check in was told pool was open from 7p-10p. Went to the pool and it was closed and water was drained. Clearly it wasn't open! A/C didnt work properly which left the room humid. Sheets had holes and tears in them and stains on the comforter. No mini fridge. Noise in downtown is terrible at night and echoes through the whole area. Hotel halls and elevators had strong odors of Marijuana. Will definitely be avoiding this hotel and downtown area in the future.

I travel often and this was the worst experience I have had. Waited 3hrs to check-in in a lobby with no a/c before being told they could not check anyone in. While waiting to check in heard customers complaining about trash in the halls, dirtiness, etc. The hotel said they would give a refund since they could not check me in, they assured me it was done but could not print a receipt. I still have not gotten my money back yet. Never stay here!!!

I was supposed to check in Friday at 4pm. Traveling from Ohio, we made it at 3:46. We wasn’t able to check in because the systems were down. Left to grab a bite to eat. Come back around 5, system still down. We were finally able to check in after 6pm. I asked the receptionist could she accommodate our valet parking since we had to wait. She said NO because she will have to accommodate everyone. Parking was $100 for 2 nights! Wow! Pool was down the entire weekend. The room had 3 towels total for an entire weekend! My husband and I was celebrating 20 years as a married couple and this was by far the worse anniversary we’ve had in 20 years. No refrigerator, no microwave, balcony (Door wouldn’t open) mold on the walls. Ice machine had mold in it! Breakfast wasn’t included in the room cost, just HORRIBLE! I won’t recommend to a dog. The best customer service was a housekeeper who was training another employee. She said Good Morning- first employee to even speak after being there Friday, all day Saturday and checkout Sunday! The rooms most definitely need to be updated! Never again!!!

Our room smelled so bad. It was musty and smelled like strong cigarettes. The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. Overall terrible and looks nothing like the photos

A tired hotel, had to change room on arrival as room was dirty and damp, walls stained with what appeared to be vomit. Coffee bar had no fresh milk day one and NO fresh milk day 2, unbelievable, staff seemed totally unphased by this

I was in Atlanta for a major concert and understood that it would be high demand from hotel staff. The AC in my room was broken and not circulating the area, leaving the room moggy and moist for most of my stay. There was little to no effort to fix this issues. After the 3rd attempt, maintenance, stop in and was not able to resolve the issue nor offered another room. We were given a fan. The weather was incredibly hot that week and it was beyond unconformable to sleep at night.

The first room that I got smelled so bad that I had to get another room. The pool was closed the whole stay which was the ONLY reason we picked this hotel.

The lobby area was nice and clean. The staff was polite at check in. The guest amount was so many compared to the use of elevators. It took anywhere from 30-45 minutes to get on the elevator to go to your room or to even get down to the lobby. The air conditioner was not cooling the room down at all. The walls are paper thin and I heard the neighbors baby crying all night which equalled no sleep. The bath tub was clogged and would not drain. It also was dirty due to the standing water. When trying to call the front desk to advise no one would pick up the line. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money spent and I wouldn't visit this property again.

I booked this hotel over a month in advance. I arrived at 4pm—standard check-in time—and after waiting in a long line for about 30 minutes, I was told there were no rooms available and I’d have to wait about an hour. I was in town for a concert and couldn’t wait, so I had to get ready in the downstairs bathroom and leave my bags in storage. When I returned just before midnight, the lobby was packed with people clearly also waiting for rooms. I was again told there were still no rooms available and they couldn’t say when or IF one would be ready. Over 30 people were waiting, and the staff was completely unhelpful—rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy for anyone's situation. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told they refused to come out. When I asked how do they know who is to receive a room first when one became available, they said "I couldn't tell you" and they had no system. I waited nearly 12 hours total before finally receiving a room around 3am—just a few hours before my early morning flight. No rest, no chance to enjoy the room I paid for. And when I did get a room, it was disgusting: mold on the walls, dirty sheets and floors, peeling paint, and it reeked of cigarette smoke—despite being labeled a non-smoking room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Completely unacceptable and not worth a single dollar.
