When coming to check-in on time, we were pretty much forced to do VIP parking (which made us unload) before even checking in. Once we got inside the line was extremely long, only 3 people where at the front desk. Once getting through the line we were checked in quickly. Getting into the room it was very cold so we decided we will turn it down before bed. When we were about to lay down to go to sleep, we turned the temp a bit up, minutes later we heard it pop. I went down stairs after knowing it was the AC that stopped working and told a man at the front desk. After telling the man exactly what happened he told he would tell the repair man and shuuded me away. We waited for someone to come or even call the room to tell us they weren't coming for about 2 hours.
We left early in the A.M. and told the only guy at the desk at that time what all happened.
