Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was not clean: It needed to be vacuumed, and there was garbage from the previous guest laying on the desk when I arrived. One of the sugar/napkin/creamer packets had been opened and was with the others near the coffee pot.
The pool area was not clean. On Sunday, 9/7 there were towels strewn about, articles of clothing, and a diaper. On Monday, 9/8 it was cleaner (less towels) but still some towels, napkins, and articles of clothing laying all around the deck area.
Staff were friendly and helpful! The valet attendant was especially helpful in directing me to a parking garage and was patient to explain the directions to me twice.
I'm sure it was posted somewhere but not very obvious when I was doing the booking that breakfast was not complimentary. Since I was coming from out of town, it was not obvious to me that I was traveling to the heart of downtown and thus not intuitive to ask if there was a parking lot where parking would be complimentary. These are two costs (parking & breakfast) I had not budgeted for in advance.
