The guy at the front desk that checked us in was very accommodating and friendly, initially we only went there earlier than our check in time because we wanted to find out if we can drop off our luggage since it was so much to carry and we still wanted to explore the city and the downtown area with it being our last day. However, the the guy at the vallet is who gave us a hassle.
