The facilities were not very well taken care of. The bed sheets had stains, there was trash on the floor, there was still food residue in the mini fridge, the microwave was missing the plate, and a very strong chemical smell in the room had ill effects on my sinuses. The room rate was very good, but in the future I would be willing to pay more for a better experience and an actual decent night's sleep

We did not stay long enough to eat breakfast. The conditions in the room dod not make me feel like breakfast would be prepared correctly. The photos online dod not match the actual room we recieved. Theres spots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The staff was watching something on his phone and did not come to assist us until we yelled hello. We only showered and got ready for our event. We didnt feel comfortable staying in the room with what looked like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the chaulk around the tub.

The management (nighttime especially) were so accommodating and responsive. They really went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed and any questions you have are answered. No bugs at all. Rooms are a little out dated but still well worth the money. Balcony is in every room. Smart TVs so stream instead of watch cable with commercials. Hot breakfast every single morning. Fitness room. Pool.

We felt safe, it was quiet. No bugs. Heating/ air worked well. Hotel needs renovations badly. Could have been cleaner- there was trash left over from other guests on the floor and drawers. Fridge was very gross. Elevator did not work. There was a very strong smell of insense to cover up smoke smell.

Let’s see the hotel itself could use some renovations. The elevator had a funny old smell, trash was piled up soon as I got off the elevator, my room had a funny smell, shower wasn’t clean, could definitely use a paint job and fix the peeling wallpaper and or paint, exposed wires from the tv, blow dryer was hanging off and the fridge was outdated. Overall it was an experience. Only plus staff was nice and bed was ok. You get what you pay for.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Comfort Inn. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unpleasant. The receptionist at the lobby was very rude and not helpful at all, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Things only got worse when I got to my room. The room was filthy, with visible mildew, ripped furniture, and stains on the bedspread. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance had been neglected for some time. Overall, this was far below the standard I expected. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. I would not recommend staying here until significant changes are mAde.
