Lovely apartment, great location

We stayed in this apart-hotel for three nights. The apartment was lovely - spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, a nice quiet street, close to the city centre and a stone’s throw from a metro station. The reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful and directed us to some lovely restaurants in the area. We would be very happy to stay there if we return to Athens.

Food options were insane. Right next to a park, which has a subway point in the middle of it. Right next to the Techropolis, which is where I went to see the concert (my entire reason for being in Greece). There IS a front desk with a person manning it during business hours. If you come in late, they mail you door codes and lockbox codes to get your card. The AC works but takes a while. Also if you so much as open the door to the patio, the AC stops until you turn it back on. The entire room is powered by the keycard, so no AC until you're in there. Rooms were smaller than I thought but very nice. Rooftop patio is a definite plus. Overall this place is a fantastic bargain for what it is, and especially where it is.

Just love the people at first step in. Extremally clean, kind people willing to help , extremally great quality, the girls was amazing, close from all si convenient, restaurant around great. Next time I'm in Athens, I'm staying at Athenian Spirit. It's right next to the Metro that takes you directly to and from the airport. There are many great bars and restaurants nearby. The rooftop is great for lounging around with a beverage. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tip: you can't flush TP down the toilet, so bring wipes since there isn't a bidet.

Great location out of main tourist area but in easy walking (20-25 to Acropolis) through safe and interesting Greek suburban communities. Real close to the Metro and great cafes / restaurants. Accommodation was like an apartment, all facilities roomy and real comfortable. Front desk helpful

This property, even though small, was well suited for two people. We had the Jr Suite with a balcony. The views were great from our. Also y but even better from the rooftop. The hotel is a small boutique hotel. The desk staff were very helpful and kind. The property was clean and very modern. The kitchenette was well stocked with cooking utensils and there is a small frig. No microwave but a hot plate which was usual to heat things up. The elevator is like a small closet. My husband and I could not both fit with our luggage so we had to make multiple trips. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the subway/train was a short walk from the hotel. The only complaint is the rooftop bar adjacent to the hotel. The hotel does supply ear plugs but they were no match for the extra loud music that played until 4am on a Friday night.

Nice accommodations but noisy

The noise from the nearby club took away from sleeping. I don't like ear plugs. Too much time online administerng the stay. When we did deal with the front desk young lady in person, she was charming, friendly, and efficient.
