I had a really great stay here overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and clearly kept up to date. My room was spotless and the view was amazing, so that part really set the tone for a good trip. Most of the staff were really friendly, welcoming, and you could tell they enjoyed working there. I’m not a needy customer at all and I usually keep to myself, so I don’t really ask for anything during my stay. The only issue I had was during check in. The woman who helped me at the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. She seemed a little rude, and when I got to my room the keys didn’t even work. I had to walk all the way back to get new ones. The people who helped me the second time were much nicer, but when I looked over at the first woman she had a smirk on her face. It honestly made me feel like maybe she didn’t activate the keys correctly on purpose. I’m not saying she did, but that smirk really made me feel that way. Besides that, everything else was amazing and I would definitely stay here again. The overall experience, the room, and the rest of the staff really made up for that one situation.

Dear Radisson Managment, We are writing to express our disappointment with our recent stay at the Radisson Blu Amsterdam. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations we had based on the room category and the hotel’s reputation. The room we received was not the Premier Room we had booked — it appeared smaller than advertised, and there was no heating. Despite several complaints, the issue was not resolved. Although two technicians were sent to inspect the problem, they were unable to fix it. The hotel provided a small electric heater, but it was insufficient to warm the room. Rather than offering a room change, the management sent a bottle of champagne and some candies. While we appreciate the gesture, it did not address the core issue of comfort. We left the comfort of our home and paid $400 per night, expecting a pleasant stay, but instead returned feeling unwell and requiring medication due to the cold conditions in the room. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests do not experience similar issues. Sincerely, Enchev
