No restaurants or shopping around. No hair conditioner, you have to ask for lotions. No decade coffee. Staff were not as friendly as some other hotels in the city. Outdoor Hot tub not working. When it's windy, no warning or reminders. Some of our clothes were blown away

Great experience
It was a great experience to stay at the Olympic Hotel. Great location, with shops , restaurants and transport nearby. Beautiful view to the canal I stayed. I am just gutted all I couldn't experience the hot tub as you need to book in advance maybe straight after your hotel booking.

Way Overpriced,marginal service
Some aervice was good. Front desk not so much. I had to notify them more than once on a one night stay that the entire floor stunk of smoke and was seeping into room. Beds not very comfortable. Only redeeming quality about the room was overaize tub which allowed for hot bath. I also had to ask the front desk more than once why my tv wasnt working. They didnt want ro address. When they realized i wasnt going to ignore it also they finally sent someone up. Ordered a medium done burger that was so raw it was still mooing. Overall extremely disappointed. Much better beds, comfort and service available for a much lower price elsewhere. Closer to airport also. This was as close as i expected
