Nice place to stay, I would stay again.

A friend and I stayed for two separate nights, at the beginning and end of our trip to NL. This hotel is conveniently located, a 7 minute walk from the Centraal Station. Check in was quick and easy (be prepared to pay a small extra sum for city tax). The room was very clean, beds are comfortable (but soft), bathroom very clean, good hot water, nice shower. Tea and instant coffee making facilities in the room. We did not get the breakfast.

It our first time in Amsterdam so we did not have any experience (where to stay...). The location of the hotel has got us impressed. Close to Amsterdam Centraal and the center of the city. The room was nice. New installations, good bedroom. A "funny" (maybe awkward) fact: our room had a door to another (which obviously was locked) and we could clearly hear the other (and werd) couple guests doing "couple stuff" loud the whole day and night...

Perfect location

The location was perfect for us been close enough to walk to dam square and other attractions but also have nice walks along the canals rooms were clean and well serviced no complaints at all my wife wasn’t a fan of the mattress but I I think it was just preference as I had no problems.

Perfect!

It started with covering our demands before our arrival. They received our cargo a week ago, made a birthday decoration for us and they were very helpful. Location is perfect, just couple of steps from shopping street and all main attractions. Room was clean, quiet and has all amenities. Staff was so helpful and has a positive attitude. We recommend all future travelers to Amsterdam

So we bad a lot of money for the first night to stay in the spa room. However the room was so tiny and the spa bath did not function properly. I honestly wouldn’t ever pay for this type of room again as it was so expensive for what it was. It however was clean I can’t complain about the tidiness. Our shower also didn’t work properly which was also very disappointing. When we moved into the normal double room, it was a bigger room and the shower worked wonderful. Intell I just think you need to review your spa rooms people are paying a lot of money for rooms that aren’t to standard. I didnt raise it as we was only staying in there for one night and honestly couldn’t be bothered with the hassle and the room we moved into for the end of our stay was perfect. I would say the hotel is assessable as I use a wheelchair. Again we stayed in a normal room as it has everything I need and sometimes just hate that you have to call up for an assessable room. However they put us on ground floor for the normal double room for the majority of our stay.

So we payed to stay in a spa room for one night and the spa bath didn’t work very well and the shower wasn’t working properly. Over all i wouldn’t pay that money again to stay in the hotel.
