Friendly staff. Small rooms for four persons, but comfortable beds. Biggest problem was that it was much further away from the city center than excpected, takes > 30 minutes by tram. (Says 15 minutes on their homepage.)

Train to everything was so close. Great location for transit but far from downtown Amsterdam and Ann franks house. Rooms are extremely small, smaller than your garden shed.

The staff sometimes seems annoyed to be helpful. One in particular, but this is third tine I have stayed here and I think it is pretty consistent…there is always one who acts like it is my great privilege to stay there and they are bothered by the presence of paying customers. Also, many people cone to your hotel exhausted after traveling many hours to get to Europe. A little kindness goes a long ways.
