Unfortunately I did get bed bug bites, and has now become a bigger rash from scratching. Also staff and other people in other rooms were very loud all night. But besides that location was good and staff was nice.

Nothing was good about this stay, the room was filthy the bathroom had poo up the tiles, the lamps had dirty plasters stuck on them and didnt work. there was mold everywhere in the room and out of the room, you are given a coffee machine with no coffee or cups The floor was sticky and was all peeling round the edges. The beds were as hard as bricked We booked a double bed and got two singles pushed together. Trip adviser had it advertised as a 3 star when it is only a 2 star Booked 3 nights left on the second day The fire alarms were going off multiple times in the night, was the worst hotel experience i have seen cleaner steet corners. Pictures that were advertised online were not of the same hotel we stayed at. There was no phone in the room as advertised.

My room was amazing the staff are always ready to help in anyway they can and the price for a central hotel was amazing yes it had a lot of stairs to get to my room but that is amsterdam. I had a room with a Balcony with an amazing view of the city and a Canal i will be staying here again i would recommend to everyone thanks for amazing stay hope to see you again soon

Overall the stay at this hotel was okay. The place could do with some tlc and could be abit cleaner upon arrival. For some reason there was a bad sewage like smell coming from the bathroom so we had to be moved rooms. Despite a couple of issues staff were polite,understanding and resolved the issues which was good of them. Standard hotel room so no high expectations but a great location very close to central Amsterdam.

For a 2 star rating, room was okay however getting to the room was an experience especially with the steep and narrow staircase, it's okay for young adults but would not advise to elderly or family with children, staff were good I guess but tbh did not spend to much time at the hotel.

The photos are nothing like the hotel The tv did not work in the room and could not be sorted during our stay the window did not close properly amd no catch no blind to 1 window as it was ripped and unusable The bathroom smelt of drains and there were rubbish /clothing from previous guests to which reception advised the cleaners will be in the next day , would like to think was cleaned before we arrived but clearly not The staff were friendly but hotel not great

Great location away from all the evening noise, and less then a 5 minute walk to Dam Square. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our beds were very comfortable, and there is even a balcony right outs side the front desk for smoking :-)

Very good location - a few blocks from Dam Square. Very friendly staff, my room was near front desk and had a balcony. Stairs are a challenge, 37 steps. An older building and that is the only way to enter

We had a good stay, staff was nice and welcoming, bedding was clean, shower was hot, we was happy we had balcony so we could smoke, only down side to our stay was we did not have kettle in our room, they had one at reception for all to use. I would stay again.
