Staff was very helpful . This is an old building, the rooms look like they were updated but don’t set your expectations to high. The pictures advertised are way better than the reality . There are some other rooms that are covered with paper (seems like they are repeating them). The carpet in the halls is lifting and you can easily trip and fall. Kids play area is nice and so is the lobby and the rest of the common areas. Also there was a smell like cow poop outside the hotel horrible . But to be fair we smelled the same odor outside the Texas road house .

The staff failed to say they charged 100 dollars to clean up 50 i understand but 100 and then taking if from my account without telling me first is not ok it was only rose pedals and balloons they said it was a party it was not it was my girls birthday so I put I luv u on bed with rose pedals would be nice if they would of told me that wasn’t allowed

This is our new favorite place to stay!!! The amenities are so amazing for those with families or who are looking for more activity than just sleeping. The playground was spotless and the rooms were too. Everything had been remodeled but a bit of the old class and charm from the original hotel still shines through and makes the charm even more appealing. So many places to take cute family pictures or whatnot as well. The rooms were so nicely updated and they were cozy and quiet despite the atrium happenings. Super impressed! Staff was so friendly and helpful!

East check-in and staff responds quickly to messages. Parking is not easy for larger vehicles but plenty of space. Very convenient and comfortable for being under renovation. Restaurant is overpriced which is usually the case when inside the hotel. Example. A small green salad plate of nachos with cheese, diced red onions/tomatoes and fresh sliced jalapeno was $10. If you added chicken the fee was $10 so $20 for a very small plate of nachos. Would stay again but definitely eat elsewhere.
