Great stay for the price

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. AC worked great. The water pressure was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good, too. I had just as nice a stay there as much more expensive hotels. Will definitely stay there again. P.s. the Dennys a few doors down is worth the short walk.

Convenient on and off

Very convenient on and off of I-40 in either direction extremely guiet for being on i-40, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms and building are clean and comfortable.

A basic hotel/motel without much frills. Check in was fast and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. Everything works. Fairly easy walk to several restaurants (the better ones are on the north side of the freeway). Gave it 5 stars because of its good value and friendly/helpful staff.

The location is nice - just off the freeway, but it’s next door to a derelict hotel. This hotel does not have an elevator and all king rooms are on the second floor. The doors stuck and made terrible noises when we opened them. The clerk was very friendly and eventually assigned us rooms next door to each other. We didn’t try breakfast as it takes place in the main lobby. The lobby smelled so strongly of disinfectant that we didn’t want to eat with the strong odor.

This property is well past it's prime! They have made a recent attempt to update it, but it looks like they just put lipstick on this pig. All the entry doors should have been replaced, most look unsecure! As i was checking in a lady and her son came up to the desk and were given keys to a room that was already occupied! This could have gone wrong in so many ways! Also they allow dog's, was woken several times from a very large dog barking..

The property was well maintained and access to the hotel was directly off the highway 40 corridor. The building was positioned to reduce noise from the highway. The lobby was inviting and made for a great continental breakfast.

I asked when I booked for a downstairs room and extra pillows since I've had knee surgery. This property does not have an elevator, so we had to take our belongings upstairs. We received neither. The lady at the counter was not sympathetic to this and I told her I had ooked with them again in 4 days and wanted a downstairs room then. She said I had to call the day of check-in to ask for that. Seems she could have done it at that time. The threshhold was dirty at our room entrance, the pillows are tiny, although on a king size bed, the bathroom is tiny and has no towel bars. I usually dont complain too much but I was very displeased with the front desk attendant and the lack of giving me what I asked for.
