We got very little to no sleep, the fire alarms kept going off most of the night into early morning. The room was very dirty, the carpet was disgusting. The pool area was slippery and full of mold. The food was sub par. We will never go there again. They also requested $100 upon check in. I was not told about this beforehand.

This hotel was disgusting I was only there 3 hours out of my 2 day reservation. I was told I’d only have to pay for one night and I still was charged the full stay even though I was told I would be refunded. There were stains on the sheets, stains on the pillowcases, the tv did not work and there was hair in the bathtub that was stuck to it! WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!!!! Still haven’t gotten my money back but I do have the text from the owner stating he refunded me going to do whatever is necessary until I get my money back! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR POOR POOR SERVICE!

The place was nasty. Room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Stains on the bedding. Dirt floating in the pool. My two year old found a lighter and someone’s used fake nails under the nightstand. We left and found a different hotel but they refused to refund us.

I had a fantastic stay at the Howard Johnson Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Allentown/Dorney! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, making it incredibly convenient for families and thrill-seekers The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing helpful local recommendations. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV,One of the highlights was the indoor pool and hot tub. My bed linen was filthy and the manger tried to tell me it was a bleach stain, he had to change both beds, my room smelled like smoke, and the bathroom was filthy. I requested for them to clean he sprayed and wiped one side of the tub with a dry rag no water. So.I went out and got my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom. I stayed one night.

Pictures shown are not at all what the place is like. It’s old and gross smells horrible. Pool area people were slipping bc the floor was horrible. Hot tub barely had any water in it. The other guests staying here were a lot extremely horrible and made the stay even worse. Loud rube and obnoxious. I had to call the front desk so many time at 11pm. Breakfast was horrible. Honestly I would call this a trucker hotel. A place to literally sleep and that’s it. Bathroom was gross toilet was old and had horrible mildew stains on it. Shower had all mold along the bottom not like the pictures for the bathroom at all. Tub and not plug so I could give my baby a bath. Hot water ran out after 10 mins. Ac was making noise anytime it kicked on. Doors are thin and have so many gaps out can hear everything in the hallway. Honestly worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at while using hotels.com and I’ve been using them for 10 years. If you are coming with a family don’t stay here.
