The experience wasn’t exceptionally awful, but the room was ridden with ants eating crumbs and the shower/toilet flooded and leaked into the room directly below. Staff was relatively attentive, but definitely not communicative. I had asked for a 12pm checkout and the front desk said no problem yet at 11am I was woken up by housekeeping, I also was interrupted in my room by maintenance saying my TV wasn’t working even though it was and I hadn’t called or made any complaint about it not working. It worked fine.

Easy check-in, room and lobby clean, breakfast was typical, gym was closed. The biggest issues is the property is located next to the highway and the windows on the rooms are old, so not very sound proof.

The staff was courteous, the hotel was clean. The things that can be improved is the bathroom of vanity area is very small and carpeted. It was hard for multiple people staying in the room to use. Also, a suitcase rack would be handy.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and location was good. They’ve definitely worked hard to update. The sheets just seemed a little worn and old. Tv was small but did have access to streaming!

Room had work done to the ceiling and it showed. Bathroom designed for people with wheelchairs I guess. it had no lip on the floor where the shower is. which didn't surprise me when I started seeing bugs, all over the bathroom.
