They gave us a ADA handicap room and the shower situation was messy, water on floor due to no tub just a ramp for a wheelchair and mold in shower . I asked for refund or half off no response yet.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this Best Western and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Location is convenient to Bethlehem attractions. Staff is helpful. Beds very comfy. Room very clean. Great value.
