It’s 3am and someone from the front desk has just attempted to enter our room. Immediately after that, another man was at the door saying he too is with the front desk and we need to go down there because there’s an issue. Obviously we didn’t open the door and called the desk who confirms he opened our door but he wasn’t with the second man. Super unsafe.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the property. It was not clean at all, and the shower was in particularly poor condition, with visible dirt and grime. The trays provided for breakfast were also very dirty, which was unacceptable. This made the stay uncomfortable and far below expectations. Basic cleanliness should be a priority, and unfortunately, it was not met here.

Room had coffee machine. Had a fridge with no freezer. It was unplugged and took forever to get cold, so could not re freeze my freezer packs, items were not very cold in the morning for a day of travel in the car. Breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, gravy, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles.,

Breakfast was in a small room. The other half if us found a conference area & went there. Food is all out of cans or powder mix. The bagels were old & hard. Warming them in the microwave didnt soften them. Had holes in our bedding. Shower was the best thing the whole night. Tub makes horrible noises when standing on it. Sounds like your going to fall thru the floor. Pictures on site are not like you actually see. Pool & hot tub smelled of so much chlorine all the way down the hallway. No one was in there.

Don’t be Duped by Previous Reviews

Stayed based on reviews. Either previous reviews are fake or these people didn’t have standards. Room was 90 degrees, toe (or something) fuzz on ‘clean bed’. Filthy walls, Shower creeked like it was going to fall through to 2nd floor. Swear i smashed a flea in my arm from the bed. Overal. 2 star at best. I gave us beds and a shower, as alternative to sleeping in car. Place definitely needs some updates and TLC

The hotel was fairly old, fairly taken care of. elevator freaked me out. So i used the stairs. Was put on 3rd floor. Weird layout getting to room. But it was clean, had an ok bfast. Staff was nice, quick, and was in and out quick

Tv on when we came into the room. No remote present. Bathroom floor sticky. Someone had wet the bed and pulled up the covers. No clean sheets. Staff very dismissive. Horrible hotel.
