This property was great! Beautiful view and the hosts were friendly and amazing. Everything you need is close by, with easy access to Albuquerque about 15 min away. It was so quiet and peaceful. I wish we didnt have to leave!

We really enjoyed staying at Tom's place. It was just the right size for the two of us. Plenty of parking and easy access. Additionally i was able to easily set up my tripod to get some beautiful sunrise pictures. Tom's place is also within a mile or so of dark night skies for milky way pictures.

After following his excellent directions, Tom met us as soon as we drove up the driveway entrance. He gave us a tour of the Casita, which included setting up wifi, using voice command, and showing us where to find things. We seriously did not need to bring anything with us except our clothes and medical devices. The Casita was just as advertised on Vrbo. What a lovely, wonderful place to spend the week. A couple of times, I called or texted, and Tom answered very quickly. The only thing we missed was Tom's other half, Kelly, who was on her own grandchildren vacation. Hopefully, we will meet her when we have an opportunity to stay again! Thank you, Tom!

Accurately explain your expected stay or you'll have some disappointments a d extra costs.

We thought we booked for 4 nights but we were misunderstood. We bought food for 4 dinners & 4 breakfasts. It was thrown away because we had to leave. We spent an extra 200 on a hotel and more on dinner. We attended a 4 day convention. Otherwise it was very nice...just extra stress I didn't need.

Had the best time in Rio Rancho

We enjoyed our week stay in Rio Rancho. Tom and Kelly were very gracious hosts. Everything was as described and stocked as needed. The neighborhood is quiet. The highlight of our trip was a balloon ride, Santa Fe, Bandelier National Monument and Ghost Ranch. We had beautiful weather. It was a perfect get away. Thank you!
