This is not a "wonderful" hotel. We had a late arrival at the hotel. We walked into the lobby to check in and immediately smelled raw sewage. We went to our room, walked passed the pool which had GREEN water in it. The hallway walking up to the room smelled terrible too, like dirty carpet/feet. The room was sub-par. There was a dirty towel hangin on the shower curtain rod. The drain was clogged in the shower so the water rose within less than 5 minutes while trying to shower. There were "exit" signs hanging from the walls in the hall way. I would not have booked this place if I knew what a dump it was. I have no idea how it was rated so highly.

Really close to Historic Albuquerque -- within ten minute walk from hotel. Great restaurant on site -- breakfast/dinner hours. Also a bar. Nice outside patio within walking distance of the pool. Nice helpful staff. Super clean rooms. Easy access to self-parking. Easy to get back on the freeway. Surprisingly quiet, considering it's so close to the freeway.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Welcoming of my dog with treats, dishes and a bed. The dog run is crushed gravel so not great in the heat. No carpet in the room, so very clean. Room service is a bonus when traveling with a pet!
