We got charged for an emotional support dog. Also at 8 pm there were at least 10 children running up and down our halls playing ball and banging into our door. Called front desk they didn’t do anything. Children should not be running in halls ylelling playing ball and causing unsafe conditions in hallway for other guests. I would love a refund

I deliberately booked a king bed with a sofa bed too. When I walked in my room, there was no sofa bed. I had not been notified of this change. I called down to the person at the front counter who let me know they overbooked the king size with sofa bed rooms so I had been “upgraded” to a king size executive suite. This meant that we had an extra space with a table and two kitchen chairs, and a counter with an extra sink. None of those things were nearly as beneficial as the second bed, which I booked on purpose. I asked if they had a cot available, which they did not. I received a text a few hours after arrival asking how my room was. I responded with this information and received no reply. The room was nice, but did not suit our needs, which is why I didn’t book that room when I had the opportunity. The pool room immediately burns your eyes with the amount of chlorine used (just being in the room) and although I typically have NO respiratory issues, after about 20 minutes, I couldn’t stop coughing from the chlorine fumes. Breakfast was inedible. Luckily, it was just a place to lay our head before a big competition the next morning. I wouldn’t book there again.

Luke was AMAZING! Great personality and went above and beyond. The only negative (which has nothing to do with your property) was the annoying adult that started pounding on his door at 4am. Messing the handle, and then decided when nobody opened that door he tried the door next to his. I did call the front desk to let them know. Other than that our stay was great and we booked for another two nights due to a delay we encountered.
