The place was very clean and charming. While there is no a/c in the main part of the house, with the windows open and the breeze and fans, it was comfortable. The a/c in the bedrooms works great. The bedrooms are a bit dated with older beds, but they were still comfortable, and we slept well. Could use a nightstand on both sides of the bed in the primary bedroom. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The washing machine takes 2.00 in quarters, but the info given was 1.50 (in case you bring your own quarters like we did). The dryer ran on the highest setting for what seemed like a long time, but our laundry still wasn't dry, so we had to hang it to let it finish drying since we didn't have any more quarters. The place is in a residential area where you can hear cars go by and of course, roosters, but they tell you that ahead of time so we expected it. The seating area in the living room was nice for our family of four to relax in the evenings. It was good value for the money, and the hosts were communicative. We had our flight canceled, so we couldn't make the first night we paid for, and it was past the date to get our money back, but they offered to let us stay another night at no charge, which was very nice, though we already had other reservations elsewhere.
