The rooms are OK I didn’t have room service for three days. There was no hand lotion or toiletries except for the shower and no handicap access.

The rooms at the Madonna are always interesting. The pool is great, the hot tubs are great, the food is delicious as well (you have to try the cake if you haven’t). The only issue we had was at night we walked around just to look at the dining area and see the bathrooms everyone talks about. As we walked in, 2 waitresses and a host were leaned up against the counter talking, one waitress looked over at us, rolled her eyes, said “you’re gonna have to hurry up.. bye-bye now… bye-bye” mind you, it wasn’t even that late and they were still open and the bar was open even later so there was no reason for the rudeness. Thankfully we ignored the remarks and saw the bathrooms (there’s a waterfall in the men’s room), still enjoyed our time overall.

Great concept and there is history here but they need to keep up with repairs and updates to the property. The lights in our room started flickering when we plugged in a cpap, very few places to charge a phone which should just be there. Restaurant was fantastic. Right off the freeway so noisy sleeping if you want the windows open. Narrow staircases and no elevators so be careful which room you book!
