Poor room cleanness, mold on restroom, balcón door was inoperable, bubble gum on elevators’ walls. Staff was friendly enough to find me another rooms (I booked 2 rooms), the same night I arrived. I’ve ti leave early die ti the fact that AC was. Not cooling enough. I’m positive Expedia will do better homework next time, before listing facilities that represent them better.

Horrible disgusting room. No toilet seat. Shower curtain looked like it was from a horror film. A chunk of counter was missing showing concrete, Elevators were broken too. I left. Staff were horrible and Hotel.com left us stranded. Stay away from this hotel and if you expect to be protected by this platform forget that too

I understand the hotel is recovering from the hurricane…for that, I expected to tolerate the poor condition of the hotel. The staff however were some of the worst. Our room was not ready until 4:30. Dozens of people left waiting for rooms and staff didn’t even apologize. We asked for a 1.5 hour late check out and we were laughed at.

When going for check in the staff was unpleasant and the wait time was very long. The room was neglected. Bed sheets were very dirty. In the shower, previous visitors left their used soap and were never removed by the staff when preparing the room. There were more than two soaps on the shower wall. I slept without covering because the bed sheets were stained and smelled really bad.

I feel ripped off , I couldn’t stay a this hotel , I feel that the photos online were deceiving. Reality was that this hotel was not what was shown in the pictures, the hotel was literally falling apart, the rooms had broken windows, no covers on the beds, total unsanitary and neglected premises. I tried getting a refund but was told by staff that there was nothing they could do. I want a refund, ended un getting a different hotel. All 5 rooms that I got were dirty , had ripped towels and broken windows, this property should not be listed on Expedia.

Property was unhealthy, not safe, a lot of moho odor, showing walls interior/exterior damaged, wall with big holes, floors without illumination (obscure) with tiles broken, electrical wiring exposed, ascensor not functioning, A/C not working, dirty bed clothing with red stains, dusty courtains. Receptionists with lack of good manbers. Room was rejected/refused due to unsafe and unhealthy conditions. We do have pictures to support statement.

Estuvo horrible la experiencia... Llegamos de un tour, desde q entramos, el elevador se siente super inestable, al llegar al piso aún hay plafones destruidos y áreas que están en pésimas condiciones como el techo, las paredes, etc. La habitación olía mucho a cigarro, las sábanas estaban como manchadas de sangre y rotas, cabe mencionar que íbamos con mi bebé de 3 años, así q pedimos cambio y la Srita de recepción molesta mostró otra habitación en peores condiciones, sin tapa en el baño, con tornillos oxidados, sábanas sucias, con olor a humedad. Al final terminó por corrernos diciendo que eso era lo q nos ofrecía y q no podía hacer más, que bajaramos lo más pronto posible para que nos hiciera la devolución.. ni siquiera hubo una atención con respeto y empatía. Mientras estuvimos esperando llegaron otras personas a hacer reclamos por otras situaciones en las habitaciones Ahora entiendo por q la puntuación tan baja pero como solo lo queríamos para pasar una noche se nos hizo adecuado, no obstante estamos super arrepentidos y ahora esperando que el banco realice la bonificación a mi tarjeta Por otro lado, no le daría ninguna sola estrella pero la aplicación no me deja Es lamentable que las fotografías que proporcionan a la app sean en su mejor momento. Se entiende la situación del huracán pero hay cosas que mínimamente tendrían q tener en buenas condiciones, además de q al llegar nos dijeron que la noche tenía un costo de 4500 con ellos, precio que PARA NADA LO VALE

El clima no sirve, había cucarachas en mi cuarto, en un cajón había ropa interior de mujer, el elevador no funcionaba y era el 4to piso. Adquirí por 3 noches, 4 días. Nos quedamos solo 1 noche y no quisieron hacer reembolso, gracias a el personal de expedía me pudieron regresar al menos una noche. Pero esa porquería de hotel nada. No vayan por barato que sea, no arruinen sus vacaciones
