Una desepcion

desgraciadamente desde el inicio no me respetaron la recervacion alegabdo que no llege al check in a las 3 ni les avise que iva a utilizar la habitacion a pesar que recerve dando mi tarjeta y sin derecho a reembolso. En la recepcion solo me dieron la explicacion que fue orden del dueño y que no podian darme el cuarto con las caracteristicas y que se me complicaria conceguir algo porque los hoteles tenian mucha demanda y que los precios serian mayores y fue cierto nos costo mucho encontrar hospedaje lo unico bueno fue que el hotel que suerte encontramos se encontraba lejos del ruido de las chelerias

El hotel en general bien, lo malo, la taquerías que está casi frente al hotel con música súper alta hasta las 5 am que no deja dormir y obvio menos descansar

Desde la recepción no hay lugar para estacionarse y en un lugar cerca para bajar equipaje el mismo recepcionista me quito del lugar el trato no es tan cordial y para hacer el pago se tardo demasiado en una de las habitaciones problemas todo el tiempo con el aire acondicionado nunca lo repararon el olor de la limpieza de la entrada del hotel muy desagradable y todo el tiempo dar la vuelta para entrar porque estaban en reparaciones y querían vibrar las toallas en una habitación cuádruple solo querían dar dos toallas
