Beautiful hotel. Design is superb. Like the retention of traditional Japanese ryokan alongside very modern conveniences. Location works well with subway stop in the basement. Staff are very accommodating.

Stayed with club lounge access- amazing. Every single member of staff I encounter treated me like royalty. So friendly, helpful and respectful..... hotel was in fantastic location overlooking imperial palace and walking distance to Tokyo station. Simply amazing!

InterContinental ANA Tokyo by IHG: Luxury hotel with free WiFi and outdoor pool. Located in the entertainment district.
The food and service at the hotel was excellent but with the renovations taking place, choice was limited. The Steakhouse fulfilled these needs in the short term. One big problem, there was absolutely no guest seating in the lobby area for those waiting to check in or to simply rest weary feet. For senior citizens a definite failing.
