All the staff are very excellent in service..from the front desk, Pau, David, gents at the door Benson, Michael and Francis and the dinning staff...Jessa and Team and of course the cleaning staff. We have the most wonderful experienced at City Garden hotel. Very welcoming staff and excellent service. We definitely booked and be back next month. This was such a fantastic hotel - we would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. We stayed here for five days for our honeymoon. While the costs per night are a little more expensive than most hotels in Boracay, it was worth it for the great service and the facilities. We paid to get picked up from Caticlan and they organised to have us arrive at Asya via speed boat and a short drive. We were greeted by a small group of staff - which was a very nice surprise. The rooms are really beautiful. The bathrooms are so big and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Rooms were cleaned twice a day and there were lovely treats which greeted us every day. The rooms came with a complimentary breakfast. While you waited for your order, you got three tiers of fruit, bread and cold meats. We got so full on this! The staff knew our names and were ever so attentive. The pool in the centre of the hotel is fantastic. Note that this is a popular wedding venue and there were two weddings on during the five days we were there. They give you a day's notice of the wedding so you can at least plan to be out during that time. Best to ask them if if there is a wedding you are booking for a day or two as there will be a lot of noise at night.

The carpet in the room was old and had a small smell. Not too bad but I would expect better. $18 AUD for a 1L bottle of water down at the desk was over the top. Gym was great.
