Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur: Luxury hotel with free WiFi and an outdoor pool. Located in the historical district.
The pillow covers and bed sheet has blood stain on it. We called to change and they did but didn’t have the right size .
But staying royal chalun over all was not bad. Good friendly staffs and excellent breakfast

This villa was amazing so much privacy you have your own pool
And to top that off the service was wow!! We had Bella with ya our whole trip and she was super helpful will definitely be recommending!!!

I only stayed for 1 night . I found the reception staff did not understand English enough to reassure me that my requests to them would be carried out . I was in my room for about 30 minutes in which time i had filled the bath and got into it when a knock at the door made me get out the bath to find a staff member asking me 'Can I clean your room ' !! . I got back in the bath only to have to get out again for a staff member to offer me a plate of complimentary fruit , which i was pleased to accept .
The pool was fabulous as were the staff there.

We loved every bit of our stay. There was so much attention to detail, to ensure our comfort, and lots of little touches to make us feel a little special. The pool and beach had ample seating, the beach was clean. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and we cannot wait to return.
