Breakfast, gym, bar & restaurants are good but rooms windows have to be noise proof or world standard double glazed. I could hear people shouting on the street in my double glazed windowed room number 645 for 8 days!!!!!

A different 5 star experience than we are used too. Staff especially reception are a bit immature and slow. Bed in Grand Heritage room was rock hard. Do not choose this room if you are after a nice soft bed.Internet expensive no free wi fi, and laundry and restaurants over priced but both well done. All in all a decent experience but would not stay there again.

This is my review from Trip Advisor... Slice of heaven! I'm glad I succumbed to booking at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC as a treat for my family and me. The hotel is grand and luxurious, and so is the service. I read a couple of reviews that mentioned the service wasn't great. But my experience has been anything but that. The service is genuinely warm and friendly. Go the extra bit a book a room that gives you access to Club Millesime. You won't regret it. High Tea in the afternoon and drinks at night. What made my experience here even better is getting to know Steven Mendonsa. He and his team do a bloody brilliant job at Club Millesime and go out of their way to make you feel special. This is not just professional service, it's warm and infectious. It's something that's sorely lacking from a lot of their western hospitality counterparts and makes me wonder, why can't it be so? It's not hard to treat people with kindness. 5 star hotels can feel the same with the various services they offer. What sets them apart is genuine customer service. This place, and in particular, Steven and his crew have it in spades. There aren't any pictures as you can't capture great service in an image. You have to come here experience it.

The most beautiful hotel to enjoy your visit to Dehli. The staff are simply amazing in their endless efforts to make the hotel your home while you are a guest. Facilities are luxury. Good is delicious and variety is endless. Bakery was delicious especially for breakfast.

Luxurious, clean, large room and excellent staff. Nice place to relax after a hectic day out in Delhi. Great restaurants too.
