Overall the stay was nice! Staff were great, breakfast was good. But the only problem we had was the quality of the bed. We are a young couple and struggled with the mattress, it was very springy and firm. Other than that, it was great!

When I booked the hotel my expectations weren't too high, I was pleasantly surprised. The location to Paddington Railway Station was very convenient. Breakfast was included and quite nice. The room I had was small but clean and tidy.
