The check-in staff was terrific. He was cheerful, explained how to get to different areas, made suggestions, was efficient. Our room was clean but smelled very musty. The bed is very comfortable. Good luck figuring out the elevator buttons on where you need to go. It’s very confusing and not well marked. It’s the strangest room numbering system ever. Ex. Room 2302 is on the third floor. When reaching the 3rd floor, you pass aisles of rooms marked 4300, next aisle 3300, then 2300, then 1300 all on the same floor. Soooo odd. For a quick overnight , it’s worth it not to leave the airport.
