Pacific Express Hotel Central Market: Hotel with free WiFi and an outdoor pool. Located near a metro station.
Hotel is ideally situated. It is near Masjid Jamek station, which is an interchange station, meaning that you have access to more areas in KL. It is also within walking distance to Petaling St, Central Market and 24 hour fast food restaurants.
There are some things which are not ideal, such as the slow lifts, air-conditioning where I can't really control the temperature and on my first night, there wasn't enough toilet paper.
One thing I would recommend if you're staying at this hotel. If you can afford it, try and get a room with a window. I can't complain because it was very clearly stated when doing the bookings, but just didn't know it was such a weird experience to be staying in a room with no window.

Overall a comfortable night stay. We got upgraded to a 3BR apt. The apt was clean and very spacious. Mattress was quite hard and the linens were quite rough but we were tired so falling asleep wasn’t hard. The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass.
