Nice, good location

Good location with nearby access to the elevated walkways that lead to the Convention Centre, Suria and Pavilion. A laneway of cool cafes and bars is nearly finished, running from the rear of the hotel toward the walkway. Quite a few of them are open already (Feb 2018). Everything in the hotel, such as appliances and gym equipment, was good quality. Nice pool. Restaurants were expensive but there are other options nearby.

Great location

Pros: Excellent location, great breakfast included. Infinity pool on the 18th floor with great view of the KL tower.. Nice large rooms with kitchen and bath
Cons: The lifts are slow you wait ages for them then your card won't work them. Even the staff working had problems with their cards to work lifts.
Pros, excellent location to restaurants, bars, 7eleven, monorail and pavilion shopping mall easy covered 10 minute walk, KLCC Suri mall 3 minute walk, KL tower 5 minute walk. Hotel comfortable but the rooms a little tired they need renovating, but passable. problem with leaking AC. On check in they put us in a smoking floor even though we requested non smoking. We changed rooms next day which was a bit annoying they didn't get it right first place. Two things to make this a great hotel is the rooms are tired and need updating esp bathrooms and the lifts are slow. You need your room card to operate the lifts and there were problems with the cards using this so you couldn't get to your floor or it took many attempts a lot of guests were really frustrated with this and even the service staff using the lifts had the same problem. Overall I would recommend hotel and stay again they just need to fix a couple of issues as mentioned

Excellent!

Great hotel with so many facilities! Pool, sauna, spa, Gym and laundromat. The bed was extremely comfortable and henstaff were trustworthy and friendly. My partner left his wallet in the room and it was returned to us when we left for the airport. Location awesome too!

Great location easy to watk to KLCC and PAVILLION

Some Staff we really friendly and helpful Room was surprisingly large clean and well equiped. Facillities like pool,gym, sauna & spa pool excellent. Only complaint was at check in ,we were told by reception staff, the guests occuping our room had been given a late check out and we would have to wait 45mins. We actually waited 2hrs. We were delayed 1hr. Because of our flight ,this also gave your staff extra time to prepare the room. Check in is from 2pm , room wasn't available till 5pm. We asked staff if there was a lounge or bar in the hotel were we could wait, the response was," the hotel does not have any ? We waited in the reception area with luggage. No sort of compensation was suggested by staff. We asked for a complementary transfer to the Airport on departure which was honoured. Apart from the room delay we enjoyed our stay.

In the heart of the Golden Triangle

Pros: Friendly staff and prompt service. We tipped a reasonable amount often which helps :) Also very clean!
Location: Shopping, bars, tons of food places!
Great place to stay! Huge room, well laid out, with plenty of fantastic features in it. There's a spa (bear in mind the hotel has men's and ladies in separation due to cultural sensitivities! An infinity pool, fab gym, a self service laundry (you need to go to level 2 and collect a token for these at around 11 MYR each). Breakfast is varied and caters to a wide variety of tastes. Be prepared for the lifts.. they don't always stop on the floor when waiting, so allow time for these. Centrally located, trains nearby, loads of places to eat, funky bars, shopping, and heaps of cultural tours and activities around the place. Taxi's are aplenty, though UBER and GRAB are also available. Allow extra time when ordering these - and watch the taxi drivers.. they often avoid running a meter.. and will try and over charge tourists! Make sure you dress appropriately - it is a predominantly Muslim country albeit a tolerant one, however it is a great idea not to offend the host country.

Spacious Apartment close to great food

Pros: As above, plus even the security staff are friendly.
Cons: I really can't think of anything!
Location: Skillet @ 163 FANTASTIC restaurant in same block. KL tower great - over 55 yrs get half price. Grab cars worked SO well in KL
The apartment was much more spacious than I anticipated. We didn't use the provided cooking facilities though as breakfast was included and when out and about there is food galore to choose from. Apartments are modern in decor. It felt a very classy way to begin 2 months travelling. We liked it so much we plan to return on our way home.

Pros: Great position lovely rooms
Cons: I would like Bacon to be Bacon
Location: Resturants and shops around are great
Great hotel, rooms were great staff very friendly i will most certainly be back.
