Used accessible entrance on arrival via the breakfast room… poor signage, lights out and smelled of bleach.. not very welcoming. Stairs up to main entrance impossible with suitcases. Reception bright & welcoming when we found it. Room clean, but needs a refurb. WC flush took 10 mins to re-fill!! ...

staff friendly room clean and serviced every day only problem kitchen extract exhaust finished by the window which although was locked shut did not seal It came on at 6am and room smelt of breakfast and later on until around midnight it smelt of malaysian food for that reason I would not stay there ...
