The location was very close to the train station. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could want to eat! The pool was so great after a long day, along with the steamroom and sauna. Great location with easy walk from train station and to main town area. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the buffet breakfast offered delicious hot and cold options. The heated indoor pool and saunas were a fabulous way to end a big day of hiking. Great sized room with very comfy beds, kitchen area plus our own sundeck area with views of the Matterhorn - can’t ask for more than that ! If we came back to Zermatt would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location, not far from station, and a fabulous warm pool. Room was spacious enough, modern bathroom and facilities. We had an excellent morning view of the Matterhorn from our balcony.
